GROUND Asia’s COVID SAFETY Control Measures | GROUND Asia
To minimize the risk of contracting Covid-19 after the world unlocks, GROUND Asia has carried out the safety protocols for our partners and suppliers tension-free experience when everyone is ready for travelling again.
To ensure that workers and clients are healthy and safe, we have implemented the COVID READY Control Measures following the guideline from WHO and the country’s destination new rules (for travellers and services providers). These control measures apply to both our suppliers and our clients.

For our suppliers, we make sure they practice in the standard way of COVID safety when providing the services to the clients. There are three main measures in our protocol for our suppliers, including accommodation, food services, transportation, activities services, and guide/ translators.
- General Conduct.
- We created a control measure checklist as a guideline about CLEANLINESS & HYGIENE protocols we expected from them. Our business suppliers need to apply the best practice, including restricting contact of items between guests, supplying sanitizer in all areas, and adapting their handling and service protocols.
- Operations in the COVID Era.
- We also created a part where we gave more guidelines related to the HEALTH & SAFETY of the suppliers’ employees. Our business suppliers need to make sure that their staff understand and practice in the standard way to keep themselves and clients away from the risk.
- The procedures for managing suspect COVID-19 cases
- The final point is to encourage procurement procedures if there are any suspect cases at their place. We ensure that they follow the health standards in their respective countries and contribute fully to breaking the chain of the virus spreading by having this procedure.

For our clients both from schools and universities, we designed briefing information for their self-preparation, including necessities they need before travelling in the COVID era. In our client brief information, we include the general safety rule and the essential things for the packing list.
